Young Married's

Meeting other young and newly married couples that you can "click" with can be a challenge. This group, through one fun event a month and our yearly marriage building retreat, tries to help create that connection. What do we do? Well, IMAX, theme nights, BBQ's, Christmas parties, bowling and more. For more information, contact Pastor Marvin Sinclair.

Women's Ministry

Women's Prayer and Share (Wednesday at 9:30-11:30 a.m.) - Ladies meet for coffee and refreshments followed by an informal time of Bible Study and prayer. Nursery care is provided for babies 0-2, and there is a Story Hour program for children 2-5. 50+

A ministry to those 50 and over which includes regularly scheduled monthly daytime meetings and events that help meet the needs of this age group.

Single Adults

A Christ-centred single adult group providing opportunity for personal and spiritual growth, fellowship, relational and individual development, in an atmosphere of Christian love and acceptance.

Single adults meet each Friday in Woodvale's Fireside Room at 7:00pm for encouraging teaching, small group discussions and fellowship... which includes eating of course. Out of church activities are also planned on a regular basis with one Sunday Lunch-out each month. In fact a hungry group can always be found after each Sunday service at "The Meeting Place"

Solo Parents

Solo Parents is a ministry to single parents and their children. Families are invited to supper at 6pm each Wednesday night. At 7pm children 0-10 yrs attend "Jump Club", while single parents are involved in videos & book studies to enhance your own life spiritually & strengthen your parenting skills.

Fifty Plus (50+)

A ministry to men and women 50 and over.
50+ Infusion
A bi-weekly gathering on Tuesday Afternoon from 1 - 4 PM. Components are Worship, Sharing, Prayer, bible Study and Fellowship
50+ Outreach
Every Monday a group of people make sandwiches for Capital City Mission visitors
50+ Celebrations
A bi-monthly luncheon, suppre or outing with special themes or guest speakers designed for friendship, fellowship and spiritual encouragement
