Leadership Team

Pastor Mark Scarr Lead Pastor Woodvale Pentecostal Church Pastor Mark and Evelyn Scarr have been involved in full time ministry since 1985. Both are graduates of Eastern Pentecostal Bible College, Peterborough, Ontario. The Scarrs have three Children. Pastor Mark became Lead pastor of Woodvale in January of 2001. Prior to joining Woodvale, the Scarrs pastored in South Western Ontario, the Greater Toronto Area and in Montreal. Pastor Mark loves people and communicating the Word of God. In particular, he has a heart for the city of Ottawa, and he carries a deep passion to see revival in Canada.
