Pastor Paulo Mugarura Worship Pastor Woodvale Pentecostal Church Pastor Paulo felt called to full time ministry in Canada during his employment as an Information Technology Specialist and through the extraordinary leading of God has since been able to serve as a worship pastor since October 2003. He came to the team at Woodvale in May 2007. Even though he now calls Ottawa home, he was born in St. Catharines, ON and spent 23 years in Uganda before returning to Canada. Paulo and his wife share a passion for outdoors activities, good company, great conversation and Music. Most of all, they are passionate about connecting people to God through worship and prayer and love to share their passion with anybody they come in contact with.
